1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Artur Kowal - Personalizacja witryn internetowych, ul. Długa 2/24, 20-346 Lublin, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 6871973559, REGON 388698362, e-mail info@seostreets.com, phone +48 723 329 301, referred to below as the Provider or we.
These Terms set out the rules for using seostreets.com and for concluding and performing contracts for services supplied electronically. They are available free of charge before any contract is concluded and may be downloaded, saved and printed at any time.
2. Definitions
- Site: the website at seostreets.com, its subpages and the client panel.
- Client: the person or business entering into a contract with us or using the free scan.
- Consumer: a natural person entering into a contract not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
- Scan: a free, limited measurement of how AI assistants name the Client's business.
- Audit: a paid full measurement delivered with a written report and the raw answer log.
- Repair: a paid one-off service comprising the audit and the remedial work described in section 7.
- Watching: a paid subscription service billed monthly.
- AI assistant: a third-party language model or generative search engine we send questions to, in particular ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI.
3. What the service is and what we do not promise
We measure how often AI assistants name the Client's business in answers to questions a typical customer would type. We send a set number of questions, each several times, through the providers' official interfaces, read the text of every answer and count how many of them contain the Client's name. We then remove the technical and informational reasons the name does not appear.
This section is the most important part of this document. The share of answers is a measured figure, not a guaranteed one. We make the following reservations and ask that you read them carefully:
- We do not guarantee that after our work an AI assistant will start naming the Client's business, nor that the share of answers will rise by any particular amount.
- We have no influence over how AI models operate. We are not affiliated with their providers, we hold no preferential access, and there is no way to pay for a business to be named in an answer.
- Model answers vary between requests and over time. A result the Client obtains independently may differ from our report, because the report records specific answers at a specific moment rather than forecasting future ones.
- Model providers may change how their systems work, restrict interface access or withdraw a model at any time. If this prevents measurement in the agreed scope, we will inform the Client and agree either a change of scope or termination with settlement for work already done.
- Figures shown in marketing materials, including those on the home page, are illustrative and do not constitute any assurance as to the outcome of a contract.
We undertake to perform the measurement and the remedial work with due care. We do not undertake to achieve a particular result in the form of an increased share of answers.
4. Free scan
The scan is free and limited to one per e-mail address. To receive it, the Client provides a business name, street or neighbourhood, business type, first name and e-mail address, then confirms the address by clicking a link we send. No questions are sent to AI assistants before that confirmation.
The scan covers a limited number of questions on a single engine. We usually complete it within the hour and no later than two business days. The number of scans we run each week is capped, because every question costs us money. Ordering a scan does not create a paid contract and does not oblige the Client to purchase anything.
The panel on the home page marked as a demonstration runs entirely in the Client's browser on illustrative figures. No requests are sent to AI assistants while it runs.
5. Client account
An account is required to order a paid service. When creating one the Client provides an e-mail address and sets a password of at least ten characters, and optionally a business name and town. The Client is responsible for keeping the password confidential.
An account may be deleted at any time by writing to info@seostreets.com. Deleting an account does not automatically terminate an ongoing subscription and does not release the Client from payment for services already performed.
Using the Site requires a device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working e-mail address. The Client may not supply unlawful content or take any action that disrupts the operation of the Site.
6. Contract and payment
The contract is concluded when the order is successfully paid. Before payment the Client sees the scope of the service, the total price, the currency and, where applicable, information that the charge recurs.
Prices in force on the date this document was last updated:
| Service | Scope | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scan | Limited measurement, one engine | $0 | Free, one per e-mail address |
| Repair | Audit and remedial work | $699 | One-off |
| Watching | Measurement every 30 days and ongoing work | $349 | Monthly, until cancelled |
Clients billed in Polish zloty are presented with a separate price list in that currency. The price shown at checkout is always the binding one.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, established in Ireland. Available methods are card payment together with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and for złoty settlements also BLIK. We do not store card details. The charge appears on the Client's statement as SEOSTREETS.COM.
We issue an invoice and send it to the Client's e-mail address. A Client who needs a tax number on the invoice should provide it at checkout or immediately after payment.
7. How we perform the service
Audit. We deliver a written report together with the raw answer log as a spreadsheet within two business days of the contract being concluded. The log contains every question, the engine, the run number, a timestamp and whether the Client's name appeared. A call of roughly fifteen minutes is included.
Repair. Work runs over four to six weeks from the conclusion of the contract. It covers structured data on the Client's website, correction of listings on Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp, plus the platforms chosen for your trade, until name, address and hours agree across them, content answering the measured questions, replies to reviews from the past year, and a check that AI crawlers can reach the site.
Watching. Every thirty days we repeat the same measurement and deliver a report with the log and a comparison against the previous period. Between reports we carry out the work indicated by the measurement.
Deadlines run from the moment we receive the data and access needed to carry out the work. If the Client supplies these later, the deadlines move accordingly.
8. What the Client must provide
Part of the work requires the Client's cooperation. In particular the Client provides access to their website or content management system sufficient to add structured data, access to map listings or consent for us to request it, and accurate business details: name, address, opening hours and category.
The Client confirms that the content and data they supply do not infringe third-party rights and that they are entitled to control the website and listings concerned.
If, despite two reminders sent to the Client's e-mail address and fourteen days having passed in total, we do not receive the necessary data or access, we may suspend the work until it is provided. We inform the Client of any suspension.
9. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
A subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and renews automatically each month by charging the Client's card, until cancelled.
Cancelling requires no written notice and no reason. The Client simply detaches their payment card in the client panel. From that moment no further charge is made.
Work already started within the paid billing period is carried through to completion, and the service runs until the last day of that period. We do not refund the current period on a pro-rata basis, because the service is still being provided during that time. Everything produced under the contract stays on the Client's website and in their listings.
Cancellation may also be sent by e-mail to info@seostreets.com if the Client prefers, or has no access to the panel.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry in line with Stripe's rules and notify the Client. Non-payment after the final attempt results in suspension of the service.
We give at least thirty days' notice of any price change by e-mail. The new price applies from the first billing period beginning after that notice expires. A Client who does not accept it may cancel before it takes effect.
10. Withdrawal and refunds
Our refund rules, including the full refund available within twenty-four hours and the statutory right of withdrawal available to Consumers, are set out in a separate document: Refunds and withdrawal. That document forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to info@seostreets.com or in writing to our registered address. Please include your details, a description of the issue and what outcome you are seeking.
We consider complaints within fourteen days of receipt and reply by e-mail within that period. Where the complainant is a Consumer, failure to reply within that period means the complaint is upheld.
12. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the service under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.
We are not liable for the conduct or decisions of AI model providers, for changes in how search engines and mapping services operate, for content published about the Client by third parties, or for the consequences of the Client supplying us with inaccurate or outdated data.
In contracts with Clients who are neither Consumers nor natural persons treated as such under Polish law, our liability is limited to the fee paid by the Client for the service giving rise to the claim, and for subscriptions to the fees for the last three billing periods. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally, and does not apply to Consumers.
13. Rights to reports and content
The report, the answer log and the content we prepare for the Client become the Client's property once the full fee has been paid. The Client may use them without limitation in time or territory, including publishing them and passing them to third parties.
We retain rights to our own methodology, software, templates and aggregated anonymised statistics that do not allow the Client to be identified.
We may use the Client's name and logo as a reference only with their separate, express consent.
14. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookies document.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for valid reasons, such as a change in the law, a change in the scope or manner of the services, a change of payment provider or AI model provider, or a price change on the basis described in section 9.
We give notice by e-mail at least fourteen days before any change takes effect. Contracts already concluded and being performed remain governed by the version in force when they were concluded, unless the Client agrees to the new version. A subscription Client who does not accept a change may cancel before it takes effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Consumers resident in the European Union may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including mediation before the regional Trade Inspection Authority in Poland and the assistance of local consumer ombudsmen.
Disputes with Clients who are not Consumers are subject to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat.
17. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force and the relevant statutory rules apply in place of the invalid provision.
These Terms apply from 27 July 2026.
